Really bad shooting leg/hip pain after injection in hip?

Common after inject: Some pain is expected after cortisone injections, but most are mild. Some may have worse pain shortly after injection is done for couple of days..In rare case, pain can be severe. If worsening swelling, redness, much reduced range of motion, fever etc....Please consult your doc asap as there is a possibility of infection..A rare but dreaded complication of joint injection...Good luck.
