I dont know what to do ive always had issues with my right hip that i still havent seen a dr about (i know i really should), and today has been rough. if i lift my leg up too high i feel the pain shoot down my legs. ive tried stretching already?

Lifting your leg and feeling a”shooting “ pain down the leg is reproducing sciatica. You are very young to feel such sensations. There are many causes for sciatica. Limb length difference should be considered as part as the differential diagnosis. Your family doctor , neurologist or orthopedic surgeon should be able to help you.
