Yes: Floss removes bacteria, too, not just food. The bacteria produce acid which causes tooth decay. You must have a pharmacy in your town... Floss could be found there. If not there is always the internet.

Absolutely: Flossing is essential to removing food debris and plaque from between your teeth. That is true whether you are carnivorous or a vegetarian. Without flossing, you will probably develop cavities between your teeth over time. Perhaps you've just been lucky so far. You can ask your pharmacy to order floss (and help out the rest of your community) or order it online, or you can risk the consequences.
