Sonogram: Cancer is rare in the 20's and infrequently associated with bleeding from nipple. Later more frequently seen with intrductal papilloma. Mammogram under 35 difficult to intrerpret because of breast density and RT effect on breast. Sono and physical best to employ at least 2x/yr. but symptoms should usually subside spontaneously.
