Plantar fasciitis : Is the most common cause then i would think of heels spurrs but not in a million years heart disease! don't worry about that one. Try rolling your foot over a cold soda 16-20 oz bottle for 15 minutes twice a day and taking 2 aleve (naproxen) twice a day and see if it helps!

Support first...: I'd say 98% of my plantar fascitis patients respond to non-surgical treatments... Rest, supportive insoles (like spenco total support), rx orthotics, otc anti-inflammatories (like aleve), prescription nsaid's, steroid injections, prp injections, physical therapy, etc... If all else fails... Surgery. This most likely has nothing to do with heart disease.
