Acne possibly worse: It is my understanding that zyprexa can cause significant adverse effects on glucose metabolism. There is a significant risk for metabolic syndrome that includes significant weight gain and with that potentially a greater risk of acne. Recommend discussing the use of Abilify (aripiprazole) or another alternative with prescriber.
