Side effects?: I don't believe that any of those meds are the direct culprit of your discomfort. At the same time, since Zyprexa (olanzapine) increases the craving for carbohydrates and hyperphagia (eating excessively), this med can be a factor. Many people on medications that might cause a metabolic syndrome are advised to consult with nutritionists to solve the problem. I suggest to consider this recommendation.

Medication: It is unusual, but possible, for citalopram to have the adverse reaction of colitis. If so, when stopped, the symptoms would be expected to resolve.
