When should i start citrate of magnesia the day before hip surgery if i go in at 7am? not to be up all night

Start it the day --: Before, in the morning, so you have plenty of time, and then after the surgery continue it. If still not sure check with your surgeon's office as his staff might be able to help you. Good luck.
