Uterine bleeding: It would be unusual to have uterine bleeding from an infection/pid and not have that detected on pelvic exam and followed up with further studies. Do not know who did your pelvic exam but these questions should be either directed to them, or if not a gynecologist, go and see one. Good luck, and hope this is better soon.
