One important question to answer - is it even responsible for the the trigeminal neuralgia or represents a separate finding? Treatment of a symptomatic mengioma is either surgery or gamma-knife. Seek out a consultation with a neurosurgeon who specializes in skull-based tumors to have your important questions answered.
