Greenish Pigment: The greenish pigment is from a bacteria called pseudomonas. You can apply white vinegar to the area twice a day which should kill the bacteria.

Green: You should also see your podiatrist as this may be ingrown and trying to be infected. Pseudomonas is not normal skin flora.
