Please help! i have an ulcer in my gut that burst and bled. how can i avoid it again ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Meds and avoidance: Very important for ulcer suffers to follow the directions of their doctor exactly. This usually includes stopping all non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication, such as Ibuprofen (advil, motrin), Naproxen (naprosyn, aleve), and aspirin. Additionally, one needs to stop all alcoholic drinks and avoid use of spicy foods, etc, lastly, take all medications recommended by your physician.
