Had an UGIE in March and was diagnosed with peptic ulcer disease. Had on-off diarrhea 3 weeks ago & blood in stool 2x. Had a triphasic whole abdominal CT scan in May, came back clear except for reproductive issues. Could I have gastrinomas or IBD?
