Is it safe to wear a tampon if you have a rectovaginal fistula ?

Rectovaginal fistula: If you have a fistula you should worry more about that than the actual tampon. Fistulas are very worrisome and they should be treated. Good hygiene its a must when having a rectovaginal fistula in order to avoid infections.
