No: Premenstrual syndrome (pms) describes events that occur during the last half of the menstrual cycle (before the menses). In menopause there is no menstrual cycle. Get rid of the "m" and there will be no "s". Pms can however get worse when patients are perimenopausal (in the mid to late 40's).
