White coating: It may or may not be oral candidiasis (thrush). Many people have white coatings caused only by the accumulation of plaque, food debris and dead cells. Try using your toothbrush or a tongue scraper to remove any coating once per day. If it's gone, great. If not, you will need to see a dentist or physician for a definitive diagnosis and appropriate treatment, if needed.
