Had cycle day 3 blood work. dr. said all was normal and my fsh and another hormone? indicated i would ovulate? what hormones could indicate this?

Normal day 3: No day-3 hormone says you will or won't ovulate. The fsh on d3 is measure of ovarian reserve and should be excellent in most 27 year olds. Its common to check Estradiol (e2) on d3 also as a cross check of the fsh measurement. Some doctors check amh on d3, but it doesn't really add much to a normal fsh, some check Progesterone (p4) but this isn't usually very useful.
