Low: That is low. If it is two hours after you ate, i would wonder if the glucometer is reading correctly. If it is, you see a doctor.

No problem: Hi. Finger stick blood glucoses aren't that accurate at the low end of the normal range. Nevertheless, that result does not suggest a problem to me. Are you overweight? Prediabetic? Many such patients have a brisk insulin response where we can see this. It's NOT "hypoglycemia".
