Many possibilities: You may have chronic sinusitis, may have developed bronchiectasis, an esophageal diverticulum, an aspiration pneumonia with a chronic low grade abscess, and so on. See a pulmonary physician or an infectious diseases expert and be examined and have this fully investigated and treated. Good luck.
