Fungal?: I do not know what daktrine gel is, but the two things that come to mind are a fungal infection or an allergic reaction to the medicine. If you think the gel led to the rash, then stop the gel and try a steroid cream. If the rash preceded the medicine, then consider a trial of an anti fungal cream or a visit to your doctor.
