Can pcos be genetic or it starts at puberty can pcos appear on ultrasound before puberty ?

There is: Certainly a genetic predisposition to pcos. Ultrasound is not a good or reliable test for detecting pcos. It is much more of a clinical and sometimes lab diagnosis, which is difficult to make before puberty. Check w/your doctor.
