Two thoughts: It can start in the foot as plantar fascitis and change the way you walk to give the leg pain. Plantar fascitis iscaused by over streatching of the foot suspensory ligaments. Go see a podiatrist. You can also have these symptoms as referred pain from your back. This seems less likely at your age.
