Possibly: Spotting six days before your menstrual cycle may indicate that your Progesterone level is too low to allow implantation. Speak to your doctor and have them evaluate your luteal phase. Also have a prolactin and a TSH level drawn. These abnormalities may lead to low Progesterone production.
