my wife has menses for only one day. she is not prregnant, she says he eats many almomds which ia the reason. what is the reasom behind this?

May be normal, but: If she has had a gyn examination and explained to him/her her menstrual history, I am sure that the gynecologist would have made some comment if there was a serious medical problem. If she does not have a gynecologist she should find one soon. Eating a lot of almonds should not play any part in her menstrual history.
