It varies: It's possible that your pregnancy hormone is negative now. Or it could be few additional weeks to go to zero. Every woman is different that way. When to expect menses, you'll first have to ovulate (which you may or may not know when that happens) and then have a cycle. For some women it's as soon as 2-3 weeks, for others, 6-8 weeks. You can get pregnant right away without having cycle.
