Take a test: If you're worried that you might be pregnant then take a home pregnancy test to be sure. Sounds like you are having breakthrough bleeding, not pregnancy, but take a test to be sure. Abdominal pain could be intestinal or due to female organs. The fact only at night makes more likely related to meals and/or positioning than due to female organs. If persists or if you're worried, then see a doctor.
