PCOS: Hello ,
Missed periods, irregular bleeding, heavy periods, spotting and non-stop bleeding are ALL characteristics of PCOS. In this particular disorder, women ovulate irregularly among other things but this interferes with the stop and start signals that the uterus pays attention to at the time of a period. The uterus does not know when to start or stop bleeding. Do not worry this is expected.
