Related symptoms?: It's hard to know if these symptoms are related or not. Be sure that she has a thorough physical exam, and that a good history of the problem is taken by a doctor. It sounds like some imaging such an x-ray, ultrasound, ct scan, or MRI may be in order to get a better view and definition on things.
