i'm having severe lower back pain and am only 19 i can't sit for long periods of time or sleep well plus i can't bend what is it what should i do?

Back pain: First check with you gynecologist since pan may be referred from your female organs. You are only 19 and assuming this is recent and doe not follow an injury or fall this is a logical first step.
