HIV: Under the circumstances you describe it is not probable that you have hiv, but without knowing when you were tested relative to the time of exposure and the manner of testing, it is not possible to provide an accurate answer. You should be retested at 3 and 6 months for antibody or you can have pcr for hiv-rna at 3-4 wks but this is expensive.

Not the cause: If you've only had one hiv-negative partner, it's hard to figure out how you could be positive. Fatigue has been around for as long as people have; HIV for only 32 years. You need to find another cause for your fatigue. One possibility is anxiety about hiv!
