Could B: If it is on the outside of the joint where the needle went in, it may have hit a blood vessel on the way in, this can cause bruising ; swelling ; somewhat painful the best thing 2 do is contact ur injector ; report this 2 him/her. This will help 2 c that is the case ; not trouble in the knee joint itself.
