Need : Assume u do not ejaculate with intercourse. Need to know whether you feel anything in your penis or pelvis during or after prolonged sex. Also extent of hyposadias surgery. You might have blocked ejaculatory ducts, absent or blocked vasa deferentia (sperm ducts), urethral (muellerian) diverticulum or a urethral stricture.Consult with original urologist who performed surgery or fertility uroloogist.
