This happens: Probably every guy has occasionally experienced an unexplained interruption just before climax -- even after the feeling of ejaculatory inevitability has taken place. Hopefully this only happens occasionally. Don't worry about it.

Could be normal: It is possible to ejaculate without orgasm.

Psychological?: Most commonly it is psychological, although you should also consider medications/suppliments, infections, trauma, etc. See your doctor for an evaluation.
