Dieting: Good for you. A good weight is around 120-125 lbs. I hope you are also exercising to increase your muscle tone. If you keep dieting and exercising your dress size will change indicating that you hips and abdomen are shrinking.Otherwise, measure your waist and your hips now and try again in approximately to notice the difference.
