Blood pressure: BP can go to 140/90 normally with exercise, sometimes a bit higher, how high does yours go?

Good question.: It's normal for ones BP to rise with exertion, perhaps even to a systolic of 150 mm hg with routine exercise. Cardiologists include ones BP response to exercise when performing a stress test; it enables one to determine ones peak pressure as well as how quickly the heart rate and BP return to normal following the test.
