Can fuch's dystrophy cause vertigo?

No: Fuchs dystrophy of the cornea can cause blurred vision. Light sensitivity or in some cases eye pain. It does not cause dizziness , spinning sensation, or vertigo.

Fuchs': Not typically. Fuchs is a problem with the inner layer of the cornea. If this layer fails (the pump of the cornea), then the cornea can swell and vision can become blurry. Vertigo is typically not related to Fuchs.
