See your doctor: You should see your primary care doctor for an evaluation of your chest pain. He or she needs to make sure your heart and lungs are O.K. Sometimes lupus can cause chest pain. If it is not due to a physical cause, then you may be suffering from a panic or anxiety attack. There is treatment for that condition including medicines and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I hope you feel better.
