I have been sick for over 3 weeks;diagnosed with strep, completed 2 rounds antibiotics. glands are still swollen and am excessively tired.suggestion?

Infectious mono?: This sounds suspicious for infectious mono, especially as it started with a sore throat; the strep may have been hangers-on rather than the cause. It may also be CMV or even toxoplasmosis; if it could be hiv, alert your physician.
