Normal: It's normal for your BP to skyrocket during anxiety. Your diastolic (109) is a little high. What you should do is check it at different times of the day when you're rested and relaxed - then average them. If the average is >135/>85, you have high blood pressure. Bps during exercise, stress, or anxiety don't count!
