See gastro: Coffee-ground emesis is not normal. Bile is green. Yes, you are on a medicine for ulcer, but sometimes there are failures. You still could have slow bleeding area, especially off and on. It is best to have it evaluated and maybe an upper endoscopy can look but depends on what your doctor feels.
