Things to do: 1st- try ginger for your upset stomach - ginger tea, gingerale or crystallized ginger. 2nd-try deep breathing exercises. Inhale slowly through your nostrils, fill lungs, hold for 5 count, slowly exhale through an open mouth - this can be repeated x 12 or more. Focus on breathing, not what you are upset about. 3rd- look into finding a therapist in your area to help you deal w your depression.

Underlying problem: Depression has specific presentation . However , there is somatic manifestation of depression as you have described . You need to be aware that priority is given to medical condition that are disabling and fatal in short time . The main point is the first thing to do is to exclude any medical condition and then tackle depression .It can be done simultaneously
