Just answered: The site is faulty. I said earlier, that there are conditions which can make the hands white or bluish (raynaud's) or by neck position the circulation can be decreased (limbs go to sleep) such as thoracic inlet syndrome or nerve problem go to your doctor, as he/she can make maneuvers to point to a working diagnosis and start the work up from there. Diagnoses can't be made here with short history.
