See your doc: First see your family doctor. Your family doctor will rule out organic causes for depression and establish whether depression is the diagnosis. He or she may elect to start medication treatment at that time or maybe for you on to a psychiatrist. You should also be referred to a psychologist for psychotherapy as it is well-known that both medication and therapy together provide the best results. I truly hope that you are feeling better soon and i wish you all the best as we head into this blessed holiday season. Be well and be safe.

See your doctor: I know you "don't want to do nothing, " but i hope you'll be willing to see your physician about your depression. There are many possible causes for depression -- your doctor can help investigate these and get you on the path to recovery. When your overall health proves to be in good shape, treatments such as psychotherapy and/or medications can be effective. You don't have to feel this way.
