i can't sleep since taking trazodone only for a hour or two most nights. also keep getting tingly feelings in my upper body . i'm on 150mg?

Trazodone restless: Trazodone can be a great sleeping pill. However there are occasionally people that respond to it by developing restless legs or other restless symptoms that actually make their sleep worse. This is undoubtedly what is going on in your case. Consult with your psychiatrist for other options for your insomnia.
