Possibly ovulation: The timing suggests that this may simply reflect ovulation, although of course there are many other less common possibilities. The hormone fluctuations that occur around ovulation occasionally trigger a small amount of bleeding like you are experiencing, and ovulation occurs on average 2 weeks after your period. If your period doesn't come in 2 weeks you should get checked.
