Yes: I am doubtful that your hypothyroidism is related to reactive (postprandial) hypoglycemia. If you have documented serum glucose concentration below 50 mg/dl or have neuroglycopenic symptoms after a meal, you definitely need a thorough diagnostic evaluation for a hypoglycemic disorder. Initial evaluation begins with venipuncture during symptoms. There are several possible diagnoses.
