I have hypothyroidism and i want to know if hypothyroidism and hypoglycemia are related to each other , because i also have symptoms of hypoglycemia especially when i masturbate.

Theoretically: Since thyroid diseases and diabetes type I are often considered autoimmune disorders, they are potentially related to impaired immune regulation. However unless you masturbate for hours without any food intake, the symptoms you have is unlikely to be from hypoglycemia itself.

Endocrine: They are both endocrine glands that secrete thyroid and insulin and are controlled by the brain using the pituitary and hypothalamus so you conceivably could have hypoglycemia. See your physician to have the appropriate tests done. Good Luck
