Surface contact : The hpv virus passes from one surface to another through direct contact.Since the hpv never enters your bloodstream, it can never enter your milk and pass to baby.If you were shedding the virus in your birth canal it could end up attaching to baby in the process. Vocal cord lesions or genital lesions can appear months after delivery when passed this way.
