Pedialyte/brat diet: Pedialyte to prevent dehydration, stop milk feedings till better banana, appe sauce, rice cereals if he is on solid stage 1 diet.

DIARRHEA:: Give her 3-4 ounces of pedialyte for each watery stool, depending on the amount of stool. Avoid oatmeal cereal and leafy vegetables for few days, instead, give rice cereal, banana, applesauce. Formula may be diluted to 2/3rd strength for now. Diarrhea is mostly viral origin, resolves in 3-5 or 7 days. If not better with these, then see her pediatrician.
