Timing: Timing is the most important thing when trying to get pregnant. Most women ovulate about 14 days before their period. It is best to start about 3 days before ovulation and continue for 1-2 d after you think it has happened, once a day. If not pregnant after a year, it is time to seek help unless the cycles are irregular. Low t in men can be a problem but giving testosterone can make it worse.
